He came in and took a look around at the problem areas that caused the cable to snap. He had a solution instantly. With my beloved Jeep inside, he exercised great caution. Which was greatly appreciated. I felt at ease within minutes. He was extremely efficient and explained everything as he repaired the door and replaced parts.
